Here's what I got to do the other weekend:
Do you know what those are?
You can probably read the label, but I'll tell you anyway.
Those are custom perfumes. Custom. As in, I chose which essential oils to combine to create them.
Seriously.
And I was completely terrified that I would suck royally. But these smell good. And I made them! You wanna know how I learned? I took a class :)
You probably guessed that from the post title.
But it was awesome. So you should too :)
Great photo of your perfumes Cassie, I love it! I might have to ask if I can use it on the site. I'm so glad you enjoyed the class, and look forward to hearing about how you like your creations a few months from now. I don't know if I mentioned this in the class, but you should name your scents. Maybe you did that already. If not, any ideas for a name for your favorite one?
ReplyDeleteOh man, naming perfumes (and any other product/creation) kills me. I always tend toward the practical or simple-to-remember names. So my bread with raspberry in the middle is Raspberry Bread, and my favorite perfume is orange-y and vanilla-y which makes it (obviously) a 50/50 bar.
