Plantains!!

These were so good! You don't need to hear much from me, but check out the recipe and try it out yourself! They're really salty, so if you cut the salt content a little it probably wouldn't be so bad.

Also, they seem to keep alright. My brother tried one the next day, and he said they lost a little of the crunch, but they were still really tasty.

I highly recommend these as a substitute to regular chips. Fantastic!
